Refund & Return Policy (International)

All requests are handled through official Unicity Customer Service in the country where the order was placed.
I. Product Satisfaction Guarantee (Up to 60 Days)
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Unicity offers a product satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with a Unicity product for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase and receive a refund of the product purchase price, subject to local policy conditions.

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and country-specific return instructions may be required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise by local policy.

II. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Feel Great Products
Unicity provides customers (excluding distributors) with a 90-day money-back guarantee for Feel Great products, including Unimate and Balance, subject to country-specific terms.
If you are not satisfied with these products, you may request a refund within 90 days of purchase.
To qualify, local requirements may include:
- Return of unused products in original packaging
- Completion of a Feel Great Tracker Sheet documenting product use
- A written explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction
